Am I still covered?

Yes. There is no impact on your current policy or arrangements with Tradesmans Insurance Brokers. For you it’s business and usual.

What happens if I have a claim or need to update my policy?

The existing Trademans team you are used to working with are still here and ready to support you when you need it. The same contact numbers and email addresses will continue to operate.

What has changed besides the name?

There has been a change to our corporate structure. We are now part of QIB Group Holdings Pty Ltd and operate under a new Australian Financial Services Licence.
